Sharing between FM Module & external line input utilizing an analog switch.

  

Mobile phones feature more functions to make them not only offer voice functions, but also provide PDA, digital camera, FM radio, MP3 functions.  The increased features allow the handset to be more diversified.  However, this increases the interface needs in terms of connection pins.  In order to provide more functions with limited space constraints, handsets use shared-pin design through the adoption of analog switches.
